In the last few months the campus of McGill University has been racked by violations of the student code of conduct. The individuals responsible for these transgression has enjoyed an apparent license to freely and without consequence harass, impede and endanger members of the McGill community while enjoying the luxury of undeserved anonymity.
That doesn't seem right.
